How do I return an item?
If you would return anything (except underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or any other item that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons), then simply return to us within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice in the original, saleable condition.
Also just make sure;
- · All the original labels, tags are still attached
- · Not worn or damaged
- · Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- · Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt
Please fill in the form provided and use the address label to cut and stick on your returns parcel. If you have lost or misplaced this form please print a new one here.
- · on your delivery note, tick the items you want to return or exchange
- · tell us why you’re returning it using the reason codes provided (was it too big, too small? just not what you thought?)
- · enclose your delivery note with the item(s) and package up securely, using the original packaging if possible
oh, and don’t forget to keep your proof of postage – we’ll need this if there are issues with your return.
We do not refund the cost of original postage and shipping charge occurred to customers.

When Will I Receive My Return?
If you are eligible for a refund we will do so within 5 working days of receipt of the return. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment whether it be PayPal or credit and debit card.
We do not refund any shipping or postal costs.
Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting or it arrives after the the 14 day period.
Non Refundable Items
Eliza and Ethan dresses which have been ordered specifically for you, please contact customercare@ellebelleattire.com for more information as we can discuss dresses and send samples before multiple purchases.
Any item that has been worn, labels removed, or has any make up, deodrant, perfume marks.
FINAL SALE items £20 and under - we will offer store credit instead of a refund. (We will still refund items in promotions and flash sales for the discounted price that was paid at the time or purchase)
