All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package. Click here if you need a new form.

Please note this service is for UK customers only, if you use this service £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage costs.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.  If you return something outside of the returns period, you will receive a Store Credit.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Elle Belle Attire will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;

  • All the original labels, tags are still attached
  • Not worn or damaged
  • Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
  • Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item   

Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) box supplied. 

Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear if the hygiene strip is broken or unsealed. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.

We do not offer refunds for the brand Eliza and Ethan dresses which have been ordered specifically for you, please contact customercare@ellebelleattire.com for more information as we can discuss dresses and send samples before multiple purchases. 

Any item that has been worn, labels removed, or has any make up, deodrant, perfume marks.

FINAL SALE items £20 and under ARE NOT RETURNABLE

(We will still refund items in promotions and flash sales for the discounted price that was paid at the time or purchase)

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.

ANY QUERIES MADE FOR ORDERS VIA ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS ARE NOT EXCEPTED. ALL COMMUNTICATION FOR ORDER QUERIES MUST COME THROUGH EMAIL.
