All returns must enclose your packing slip or a written note with you full name and order number on it. Don't forget to use the # in front of your order number on the royal mail form.
Please note this service is for UK customers only, if you use this service £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage costs.
International returns need to be sent to the below address at your own cost:

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
We operate a STRICT 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). Goods must be back with us by the 14th day. The returns period starts from the day your item is dispatched.
If you return items out of this time period you will be issued a store credit up to 30 days after your order us placed. any items received after 30 days will be refused.
If you return an item that has shown signs of being worn the item wll be sent back to the customer at your cost and you will be invoiced for the postage fee.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS FOR A FULL REFUND;
- SALE ITEMS - £30 & under
- ALL JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES. INCLUDING EARRINGS, NECKLACES, BRACLETS, HAIRBANDS, HATS, HAIRCLIPS, BAGS, HANDBAGS, CLUTCHES, BELTS.
- SWIMWEAR WHICH DOES NOT HAVE HYGIENE STICK ON THEM
Please note you are required to return orders via post using our royal mail service or yout own trackable service or drop to our store.
EBA. will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.
Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where;
- All the original labels, tags are still attached
- Not worn or damaged
- Has no makeup, fake tan or other marks on it
- Must be posted back within 14 days from receipt of the item
Any shoes posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) box supplied.
FINAL SALE items £30 and under ARE NOT RETURNABLE
(We will still refund items in SELECTED promotions and flash sales for the discounted price that was paid at the time or purchase)

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty the customer care team need to be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name and order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligble for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned with the 14 days returns policy without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
ANY QUERIES MADE FOR ORDERS VIA ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS ARE NOT EXCEPTED. ALL COMMUNTICATION FOR ORDER QUERIES MUST COME THROUGH EMAIL.
